Return and Refund Policy

Timeframe

Buyer must contact us before return and ship item back within 14 days of delivery. Once return is received, if in original condition, refund will be initiated within 3 business days to original payment method.

Conditions of return

Buyer can return non-personalized items
Buyer must return item within 14 days of delivery
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
Item must be in original condition, unused, unworn, tags - if any - still attached
Buyer must provide reason for return (ex: damaged, too small, etc.)
Buyer must provide the state of their return (ex: unworn, unused)
Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition
